I have always wanted to know how to paint. I took water color classes growing up but never took any classes using acrylic or oil paint. It seems I have always been quite a bit more affected by paintings that have vibrant colors and textures than I usually do the muted pastels of water colors although they can have a really beautiful dreamy look to them. So last year, instead of waiting to take a class, I finally did what I usually do about things like this, and bought what I thought I needed to paint and tried it out! I found a new love. It is so relaxing.
